An electronic DND system protects guest privacy while also speeding up housekeeping operations. Staff can see the room status without knocking, and the guest sends a request from inside the room with a single touch.

What The System Delivers

Live occupancy display: A signal from the relay panel and card holder shows occupied/vacant status outside the door, removing unnecessary knocking.
Fast request signalling: Do Not Disturb (DND) and Make Up Room (MUR) requests are shown clearly with illuminated icons.
Smart bell safety: The door bell is disabled automatically while DND is active.
Multi-function panel: Illuminated room number, hotel logo and occupancy indicator combined on one elegant surface.

Design And Production

Panels are produced to project-specific dimensions. Room number typography, logo and LED colours are prepared according to the hotel’s corporate identity.

Integration

Panels take their power and control signals directly from the room relay unit, so no external adapter is needed in the panel. They are fully compatible with HL-17, RT-106, V5.37 and Online series panels.
