Air conditioning and lighting make up a significant share of energy consumption in hotel rooms. When the air conditioning keeps running after the guest has left, it causes substantial unnecessary consumption across the season. Energy Saver systems control that consumption according to actual room use.

Three Operating Modes

Every hotel has a different guest profile and saving target, so we decide the right architecture for your property together:

• ONLY SAVER (classic card): Power is switched on only when an authorised card is inserted and cut after a set delay once removed. Fast, economical installation.
• ONLY PIR (fully automatic sensor): The guest does not need to insert a card. A door magnetic contact and in-room PIR sensor track entry and presence, eliminating card holder failure costs.
• HYBRID (card + sensor): Both work together. Even if the card is left in the holder or a fake card is used, power is cut automatically when nobody is in the room. Maximum saving.

Multi-Parameter Decision Logic

The systems never rely on a single input; to avoid faulty or abrupt shutdowns they analyse these parameters together:

• Door contact data — precise detection of entry and exit moments
• Door noise filter — screening out misleading vibration from door slams
• In-room presence / PIR sensor — verification of real usage
• Card holder status — guest authorisation verification
• Smart timing algorithms — programmable delays that do not disturb comfort
